  Heard the radio campaign. Good idea - but I think we are doomed in this country. No respect for each other, authority or our surroundings. Plus there are too many people in the country as well. I would not bother trying to enforce it - would prefer if criminals were in chain gangs picking the litter up rather than laying around doing next to nothing in jail.

  See the problem is with this, I could go around my place of work and where I live and if I don't like the person I could name and shame them on this web site is that fair?? No! Because someone could do it to me, and even you, when no litter has been dropped. Yes I do believe that if a person is caught by the police littering then they should be punished but having this web site to name and shame could get out of hand. There stating that points could be stripped or a big fine I could get someone banned in a fortnight. This is a crazy idea that someone has come up with just another nanny state idea. When are people going to let other people live and mind there own business?
