Why not think about including global biodiversity into your planning for next term? It is the perfect way to incorporate both Eco-Schools topics of biodiversity and global citizenship within your curriculum work and is a great opportunity to explore some of the amazing wildlife and plants from around the world.

Eco-Schools would like to congratulate all those schools that took part in this year’s Waste Week campaign. Over 3100 schools got involved from across the country and both Eco-Schools and the Pod have had some amazing feedback about the activities undertaken and waste savings made over the week.

Each of these have lessons they've learnt, successes to celebrate and stories or ideas to inspire other Eco-Schools. By sharing your stories, you can help other Eco-Schools and gain some recognition for the fantastic work you've been doing.
